winner being \u201cstay in business,\u201d restaurant owners started digitalizing their operations, making what <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantbusinessonline.com\/technology\/pandemic-swept-restaurants-digital-age\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span>Restaurant Business called<\/span><\/a> \u201cyears\u2019 worth of technological progress in a matter of months \u2014 and in some cases, days.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By September 2020 \u2014 only <a
