Visiting on December 26th, for example, earned Dunkin\u2019 Rewards members <a href=\"https:\/\/news.dunkindonuts.com\/news\/holiday-menu-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3x the points on donuts<\/a>, while ordering one of the new seasonal lattes earned members the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/1Btdy4VnMR\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cLatte All the Way\u201d holiday badge<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen we set out to improve DD Perks, we asked our members what they wanted to see in a new program,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/news.dunkindonuts.com\/news\/dunkin-rewards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said Scott Murphy,<\/a> head of the beverage-snack category and Dunkin\u2019 Donuts President. \u201cThey told us three things: flexibility, variety, and recognition. And we did just that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brands like Dunkin\u2019 Donuts have used this year to show the industry that gamification marketing can \u2014 and does \u2014 work, and Craver predicts 2026 will have a lot more \u201cfun-and-engaging\u201d coffee shop marketing because of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trend 4 \u2014 Subscriptions &amp; Memberships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve talked about the reinvented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getcraver.com\/blog\/coffee-shop-subscription-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coffee shop subscription model<\/a> in the past \u2014 one that delivers its subscribers benefits instead of beans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fast forward to today, and coffee shops are still going strong on the subscription and membership train\u2026 and for good reason. The coffee subscription market was last valued at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.factmr.com\/report\/coffee-subscription-market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">934 million USD<\/a> (with an impressive 11.1% growth rate predicted for the next decade).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, there\u2019s \u201creal life\u201d proof of concept, too \u2014 like Blank Street Coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back in 2023, Blank Street launched their <a href=\"https:\/\/help.blankstreet.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/20842568768397-What-is-Blank-Street-Regulars\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monthly subscription-slash-membership<\/a> service, Blank Street Regulars.
